Registration is open to both on-site and online participants for the International Conference on Medical Malpractice – Obstetrics & Gynecology, taking place on 8–11 October 2026 in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Participants may choose the registration category that best fits their mode of participation and professional status.

On-site Participation
On-site registration provides full access to the in-person scientific program and conference facilities in Istanbul.

Student / Trainee Registration
A reduced registration fee is available for students, residents, and trainees.
Proof of student or trainee status may be required during registration.

*Acceptance notifications will be sent on 07 September 2026, and presenting authors will have one week from this date to register at the early bird rate, after which standard registration fees will apply.

Payment Information
Registration fees may be paid using one of the following methods:
Credit Card: Secure online credit card payment is available through the registration portal. Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Bank Transfer: After submitting your registration form, you will receive an email with the full bank transfer details. Please include your full name and registration reference number in the transfer description. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Bank transfer charges, if any, are the responsibility of the registrant.
On-Site Payment: On-site payment by cash is available at the registration desk upon arrival at the conference venue. Please note that on-site payments are non-refundable and subject to availability. Participants opting for on-site payment are encouraged to notify the secretariat in advance at contact@balkanacademy.org.
A confirmation email will be sent to all registered participants upon successful completion of payment.
Group Registration
Institutions, hospitals, and universities registering 5 or more participants are eligible for a 15% discount on Full Registration fees (Early Bird and Standard rates).

Group discount does not apply to Student/Trainee or Accompanying Person registrations.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@balkanacademy.org, stating the registered participant's full name and registration reference.

Substitutions: Registered participants who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to a colleague at no additional charge. Substitution requests must be submitted by email no later than 01 October 2026.
No-shows: Participants who do not attend without prior written cancellation are not entitled to a refund.
Gala Dinner & Accompanying Person fees follow the same cancellation schedule above.
Bank Transfer registrations: Refunds will be processed to the original bank account within 30 business days of the cancellation request. Any bank charges incurred during the refund transfer are the responsibility of the registrant.
Credit Card registrations: Refunds will be processed to the original card within 14 business days.
On-site payments are non-refundable.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, registered participants will be offered a full refund or transfer of registration to the rescheduled event.
