The International Conference on Medical Malpractice – Obstetrics & Gynecology is an inaugural international scientific meeting organized by the Balkan Academy of Forensic Sciences (BAFS). It brings together clinicians, forensic medicine experts, legal professionals, and policy-makers to discuss malpractice from clinical, forensic, legal, and patient safety perspectives. The conference takes place on 8–11 October 2026 in Istanbul, Türkiye, in a hybrid (on-site and online) format.
