Early Bird registration is available until 09 August 2026 and offers a reduced fee. Standard registration applies from 10 August 2026 onwards.

Yes. Presenting authors who receive acceptance notification on 07 September 2026 will have one week — until 14 September 2026 — to register at the Early Bird rate.

Yes. Groups of 5 or more participants from the same institution are eligible for a 15% discount on Full Registration fees. To apply for a group discount, please contact us at contact@balkanacademy.org before completing your registrations.

The Accompanying Person fee (€50) covers access to the Welcome Reception, the Exhibition Area, Scientific Sessions and all social events.

The Gala Dinner is not included in the standard registration fee. On-site participants may add a Gala Dinner ticket for €50 during the registration process or on-site, subject to availability.

A valid proof of student or trainee status (e.g., student ID card, letter from your institution, or residency certificate) may be required and should be emailed to contact@balkanacademy.org after registration.
